📅 The Logistics: When, Where, & How to Join

Q: When is the conference?

A: P&C 7 is taking place from July 14–16, 2026. Mark your calendars!

Q: Where is it located? Do I need to travel?

A: Nope! This is a 100% virtual event. You can stream every single presentation, panel, and workshop from the comfort of your couch, your kitchen, or poolside. Pajamas are highly encouraged.

Q: How do I get the links to watch the sessions each day?

A: We make it completely foolproof. All presentation links will be sent directly to your inbox via daily emails during the event. You can also log into your attendee portal at any time to access your daily links.

Q: Is this conference for a specific language or grade level?

A: This is a global department for all world language educators. We feature an incredibly diverse lineup of presenters representing multiple languages (Spanish, French, etc.), grade levels (middle school, high school, and beyond), and teaching styles. If you teach world languages, there is a seat at the table for you.

🎥 Live Events & Platforms: Zoom vs. The Community Forum

Q: Where do the live interactive events take place?

A: It depends on your ticket type, but everything is simple to access:

• 👏 Premium Live Events (All-Access Pass): All premium workshops and exclusive interactive events happen via Zoom. To join, simply log into your premium attendee portal to find your custom Zoom links.

• 👏 Free Live Events: We host incredible free live events daily inside our private community forum. You will need to log in to participate, but your access is already waiting for you! Just log into your Kajabi library as soon as you register, and you’ll see the community forum right there.

🎟️ Tickets & Access: Free vs. Upgrades

Q: Is it really free? What's the catch?

A: Yes, it is completely free to attend! With your Free Access Pass, you can stream any of the main-stage presentations for 24 hours starting from the time they go live during the event window (July 14–16).

Q: What if I miss a session or want to watch them later?

A: If you want to watch at your own pace, you can upgrade to our premium options (the All-Access Pass or Launchpad Pass). Upgrading gives you lifetime access to all presentation recordings, our massive presenter bonus resource library, and exclusive access to those live interactive Zoom events.

Q: I am a current Practical Proficiency Network (PPN) member. Do I need to buy an upgrade?

A: Note for PPN Members: Your All-Access Pass is completely included in your membership! You do not need to re-register or purchase any additional access. Your premium entry is already taken care of.

💵 School Funding, Purchase Orders, & Receipts

Q: Does my school or district accept Purchase Orders (POs) for premium upgrades?

A: Yes, we absolutely accept purchase orders! If your school or district needs to pay via PO, please send the documentation or request an invoice by emailing help@lalibrelanguagelearning.com.

Q: I need a more detailed receipt or an itemized invoice to get reimbursed by my district. How do I get one?

A: If your district requires a more detailed breakdown or specific wording on an invoice for your premium pass reimbursement, just drop us a line at help@lalibrelanguagelearning.com with the details of what your school requires and we will customize it for you!

💡 Professional Development (PD) Credits

Q: Can I get a professional development certificate for attending?

A: Yes! A premium certificate is fully included when you upgrade to either of our paid passes. This year, the All-Access Pass includes a certificate for a total of 30 hours, while the Launchpad Pass includes an expanded certificate for 35 hours.

Q: When and where will my certificate be available?

A: Your certificate will be officially posted inside your premium portal on July 24th. It is a simple, beautiful PDF certificate of attendance that you can easily download, save, and print off for your district approval.

A: Our 2026 theme is COMMUNITY: Moving from Compliance to Connection.
